Driving in The Netherlands
The Netherlands is a beautiful country to drive through with a dense road network. The roads in a great condition and the rules and road signs are similar to other European countries.
Drivers should be aware that radar traps are extremely frequent along with unmarked police cars. It’s therefore advisable to stick to the speed limits at all times!

The main motoring organisation in The Netherlands is the Koninklijke Nederlandsche Autombiel Club (KNAC). They offer a variety of insurance cover, breakdown assistance and other services to members.
