Departure Procedures
On return from your holiday, once you have cleared customs, simply call Park 4 Less on the freephone number provided at check-in, a courtesy transfer bus will then collect you and transfer you back to the car park where your car will be ready for you.

Leave the M4 at junction 5, take the A4 signposted Colnbrook, At the first set of traffic lights turn left into Sutton Lane. At the next set of traffic lights turn right signposted West Drayton/Iver. Transfers
A FREE shuttle operates every 30 minutes to terminals 1,2 & 3 from 05:00-23:00 (except peak times Mon-Fri 05:30-09:30/16:30-20:30 every 20 minutes). Outside these hours transfers are on request.

Exit M4 at Junction 3 and follow the A312 north to Hayes. At the first roundabout turn right by Tesco in the direction of Southall onto Hayes Road. Go straight over the mini roundabout and the road bears to the left over a canal. Brent Road is the next left by the used car lot. Purple Parking is at the end of Brent Road.
Transfers
Transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to and from all 4 terminals every 10 to 15 minutes. Please bear in mind that there is a reduced service between 00:00 and 04:00.

The FREE shuttle to and from all terminals operates every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day, taking approximately 5-10 minutes.

**ENTRY PROCEDURE** E-ticketing. On arrival at the entry barrier insert your credit card into the entry column to open the barrier. It is important to insert same credit card used to make the booking. If the wrong card is used the barrier will not raise and you will need to take a ticket.
Departure Procedures
Transfers from the terminal depart from bus stop 6.
**EXIT PROCEDURE** E-ticketing. Drive to the exit barrier and insert same credit card to open the exit barrier. The barrier will open. No money will be taken from your card unless you have stayed longer than booked. If you entered by taking a ticket drive to the exit kiosk and exchange your Holiday Extras voucher or booking reference for an exit ticket.

FROM M25: Take Junction 14 on to the A3113 and follow signs to terminal 4 and terminal 4 Business Car Park, Park and Fly is located on your right just before Terminal 4. FROM London, Westbound A4, join A30 and follow signs to Terminal 4. Take first left at the Hilton Hotel and take first left to Park and Fly.
Transfers
Transfers operate every 7 minutes to and from terminal 4 between 05:00-23:00. Outside these hours transfers are on demand.

The car park has barrier control, CCTV and holds the AA/Police Gold Award for security.
