During off-peak periods (11pm - 5am) report to customer services office in the car park or press the help button on any payment machine. For transfers from the terminal on arrival follow signs for "buses". Coaches are located in front of the terminal at stand 20. Between 10pm and 6am, please use the courtesy phone in domestic arrivals.
Arrival Procedures
On entry into the Edinburgh NCP car park please take a ticket from the barrier and park your car in an available space. Please make a note of zone and nearest bus stop as this can help on your return to the car park.
Departure Procedures

- Exit A8 Glasgow road at airport junction followng signs on the roundabout for airport.
- Continue along Eastfield road to the second roundabout and take the 3rd exit (Eastfield Avenue) sign posted Long Stay parking.

- The NCP Long Stay car park entrance is located approx. 50 yards on the left.

The car park is manned by staff 24 hours a day with frequent patrols and high security fencing, your car couldn't be in safer hands whilst you're away. Comprehensive CCTV is in place to act as a further security measure.

Please note that parking charges are calculated in 24 hour periods, from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extra on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
