Check-in Time
We recommend you should allow 1 hour for check-in and transfer to the airport.
Arrival Procedures
On arrival, you should report to the Airlodge Hotel reception and check-in. You will then be directed to park your car in the arrivals area at the rear of the hotel. Present your printed confirmation or quote your booking reference and then hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst your board the FREE transfer bus to the terminal.
Departure Procedures
On return from your holiday, simply call Airparks Services on the courtesy telephone situated on the red pillar in Arrivals, a FREE transfer bus will then collect you and transfer you back to Airparks Services where your car will ready for you.

Directions to Airport
Exit the M4 at Junction 33. Follow the A4232 signposts for Barry and Cardiff Airport. Turn onto the A4050 following signs for Cardiff Airport. On the right, 0.75 miles before the entrance to the airport, you will see the Cardiff Airlodge with an Airparks sign on the side.
Transfers
Transfers operate 24 hours. You should normally allow 30 minutes to check in and transfer to the Airport. During the morning and afternoon busy periods you should allow more time to compensate for traffic delays.

Maximum Car Size
Trailer and car are permitted though two car parking spaces must be booked. However no mobile homes, lorries, caravans etc. are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.
